Do you offer Gluten Free items?

Yes, please check out of menus and any items marked as GFA means we can make the dish without gluten upon request. Please speak to your server when you arrive and they will be happy to help.

Do you take a deposit?

We take £50 deposit for tables of 8 or more, this is deducted from entire bill, not available for split bill.

Where exactly are you?

Our Address is Clasper Way, Swalwell, Newcastle upon Tyne NE16 3BE. If you are travelling by car... From Sunderland: Take the A19 northbound, then merge onto the A1(M) towards Newcastle/Gateshead. Continue on the A1 and take the exit for the A694 towards Consett/Blaydon. Follow signs for Swalwell and Clasper Way. From Newcastle City Centre: Head west on the A695 or A184 to join the A1 southbound. Exit at the A694 towards Consett/Blaydon and follow signs to Clasper Way.

Can I get a bus to the Skiff Inn?

Several bus routes stop near The Skiff Inn: Routes 10, 10A, 10B, 22, and 47 The nearest bus stop is Riverside Way-Clasper Way, approximately a 4-minute walk from the pub.

Are you near Metrocentre?

If you're driving from Metrocentre, take Hollinside Road southwest, then turn right onto Scotswood View. Continue onto Riverside Way, then turn left onto Clasper Way. The Skiff Inn will be on your left.

Split Bill

We are able to split the bill for you for tables of 6 or less. We are not able to split the bills on tables of 6 or more.
