As the seasons shift and autumn edges closer, The Skiff is celebrating September with a fresh line-up of specials designed to warm, delight, and surprise. This month’s menu blends indulgent comfort with creative flair – think golden breaded halloumi with zesty lime mayo in the Say Cheese, Lime Squeeze, or the perfect late-summer balance of smoky-sweet grilled peaches with creamy burrata, drizzled in hot honey and scattered with pine nuts in the Peaches & Cream-a!. For something rich and earthy, the Rocketfella Parm layers Parmigiana Reggiano with rocket, cherry tomatoes, toasted almonds, and just a hint of truffle oil.
The indulgence doesn’t stop there, our specials also feature hearty panuozzo sandwiches and mains that promise big flavour. The Truffle Shuffle Steak packs in melted cheese, sautéed mushrooms, onions, and truffle mayo on tender steak, while the Duckin’ Delicious brings together shredded roasted duck, pickled red cabbage, salsa verde, crispy onions, and melted cheese in a perfect balance of tang and richness.
